Register, sign in and reset your password

Open the account window#

Click the avatar and choose Login. To change the interface language first, close the login window and open Setting → Common → System Lang. The language changes immediately.

Create an account#

Choose No account? Register now., enter your email and select Get Code. Enter the emailed code and a password. The invitation code is optional. Select SIGNUP; successful registration signs you into the new account.

The code button has a 60-second countdown. If no email arrives, check the address and spam folder, then request another code after the countdown. Use the most recent code.

Sign in or out#

Enter your registered email and password, then select Login. Once signed in, open user information from the avatar menu. Signing out removes the saved login credentials on this device.

To change your password, open UpdatePWD in user information and enter your current password, new password and confirmation.

Recover a forgotten password#

Select Forgot Password, enter your registered email and choose Send reset email. Follow the email instructions, then return to sign in with the new password. A sent-email confirmation means the request was submitted; it does not confirm that the address has an account.

Check account information#

Open user information from the avatar menu to check the account email and displayed details. If the information is unexpected, first check which email is signed in.

Troubleshooting#

Follow field validation messages and check the code and password confirmation. If a request fails, retain the error and retry. For a persistent failure, report the time, app version and message without including passwords or verification codes.
